Special Prosecutor for warrantless wiretaps

MoveOn.org, a political action committee that started up during the Clinton impeachent, is going to start running ads calling for a special prosecutor to investigate the Bush wiretapping program.

While some of us might prefer to skip the investigation and go straight to impeachment, this is a reasonable, moderate compromise. We should make this a political issue by asking EVERY congressional and senatorial candidate if they will support a special prosecutor to look into these wiretap activities.
